The building has greatly declined since I moved in in 2023. Extra fees are added to our monthly bill without informing tenants. Trash is overrun in the hallway leaving a lingering smell of trash. The building has a no smoking policy in the lease, but when tenants complain about 2nd hand smoke entering the apartments through the air vents management did little to nothing to assist. There are 2 elevators in the building and one hasn’t been operable for over a year and a half. And the working elevator hasn’t been properly inspected since 2024. Most concerning, when current management is informed of the tenants concerns for health and safety it is common for management to reply with a statement implying to just move out. Refer to the follow received from management “That said, if you believe the current conditions no longer meet your needs, management is willing to allow you to terminate your lease immediately without requiring a 30-day notice period. Please confirm in writing if you would like to proceed with early termination, and we will provide move-out instructions.”
