terrible PLACE! you pay an overprice rent for the following: no urgency to problems you report, roaches, homeless people in the building, MANY STOLEN MAIL, many car break ins mine has been broken into 3 times and they can't even help providing security footage to help recover the loss and damages, they don't have a secure parking structure its always broken and open, they have poor security and staff, pool especially the hot tub looks filthy and green, they say they care but they don't. once that lease is signed and you got the keys congrats you got played. Save your money and find a place that truly values your safety, concerns, money, and time. These people just write pretty messages while also putting in every agreement they are not liable for their shitty system and security as well as all the failing luxury quality they claim to have. it's embarrassing. they also told me they charge the amount that the newer buildings are charging because if people are willing to pay that there why not here when they have no reason to be worth that much. they aren't worth anything except smokes and mirrors. a true Hollywood theme.... disgusting service and quality, im embarrassed to have made the decision to move here, they can't even help with the break ins and help with the damages or even provide security footage. cameras for nothing, pricey for nothing , its so bad its not even funny. they hide behind amenities but its a joke. your better off not being here. truly.
