Living here makes me feel very comfortable and happy. Everyone is very warm-hearted. I'm glad that the color of my rabbit also matches the environment here very well. I will recommend all my friends to live here and enjoy the time together!

The panoramic views are stunning, the ambiance is elevated yet welcoming, and every visit feels thoughtfully curated. What makes it even more special is how it sits within the incredible Figueroa Eight community, a building with some of the best amenities and social spaces I’ve seen anywhere. I was visiting my best friends and was honored to be welcomed as their guest at Sora. During the Garden Grill event, I had the pleasure of meeting Chef Brian Summers, whose talent and warmth made the evening unforgettable. Malik McCarthy hosted a holiday ornament event that was just as memorable and seeing them both again this past weekend felt like reconnecting with people who genuinely care. What impressed me most is how Brian and Malik remembered me, not just my face, but even my food and beverage preferences, and that I had my dogs with me on a previous visit. That level of hospitality is rare and speaks volumes about the culture here. This past weekend’s brunch and evening experiences were outstanding. Keith, the new bartender, took great care of us all weekend with excellent drinks and a friendly vibe. Ashley delivered exceptional service at brunch attentive, warm, and genuinely kind. Beyond Sora itself, the building’s amenities elevate the entire experience. The 5th floor is a standout, featuring beautifully designed conference rooms, a dog park, a pool with cabanas & hot tubs, including spa, and a fully equipped gym with classes. The social atmosphere throughout the building is vibrant and welcoming, and the coffee bar is the perfect spot to start the day or connect with neighbors and friends. Every visit to Sora and Figueroa Eight feels elevated, personal, and memorable. If I ever move to Los Angeles, this is absolutely the place I’d want to call home. Whether it’s the skyline views, the incredible team, or the community-driven amenities, this place continues to exceed expectations. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a truly standout and social experience in LA.

When I tell you this place is nothing but amazing! I am honored to call this place home. Let’s start with Sora Brian and Malik makes this building feel like you want to be apart of it. They go above and beyond for their tenants and they really believe in the power of BUILDING COMMUNITY. Figuerora is so lucky to have them. They are one of the reasons I keep my membership!!! Also they have really good events . Brunch, comedy shows, live music, private jacuzzi & cold plunge, bar lounge and a bartender.. what a plus!!! ALSO THE FITNESS DIRECTOR DUSTIN IS THE BEST, I AM GOING TO MISS WORKING OUT AT HIS CLASSES . CAN YOU BELIEVE THE CLASSES HERE ARE FREE????? Unbelievable GEM THIS BUILDING Building: the building is a 10/10 from the gym with free workout classes to the hot yoga room to the amazing staff. The building is truly a gem because of the people in it. Also they deliver packages to your door step or if you want it in your house they bring it inside by your door. Price : The price is more on the expensive side but you get what you pay for in life and I believe if you want greatness you gotta pay for greatness! Everyone that visits me is like wow you live fancy and yes I do I deserve the finer things in life! Oh yeah I’ve built some of my most beautiful friendships here and I’m so happy. I’d like to give a huge shout-out to Daniel. He has been exceptionally responsible and helpful throughout the entire process. He answered all of our detailed questions, replied incredibly quickly, and kept in close contact with me from scheduling the tour to getting my application approved — all within just three days. Daniel communicated with us multiple times to make sure everything was clear. During my first tour, I forgot to check the specific unit I wanted to apply for. The next day, I made a last-minute request to see the exact location to help with my final decision. Even though Daniel already had a very tight schedule that day, he still made time for me. I truly appreciate that. All the staff at the apartment have been very nice and welcoming as well. I highly recommend Daniel and this community.

DANIEL thank you for everything that you do! I did a tour with Daniel recently was very impressed. I applied very late near closing time, he did everything to help me make sure I had what I needed and kept me updated on everything. I appreciate you for answering all my questions so fast and your guidance in this process. I have toured most apartments in DTLA but Daniel is truly the BEST.
