Good place with great amenities. Enjoyed staying there a lot

Disgusting service and staff (especially Ubaldo), the managers are a disgrace to this building. Accepting payments is always a good thing. And how to provide service for a lot of money is a complete lack of service. There are no discounts for regular customers, they don't queue for an additional parking space, they send them to the parking lot - Joe's parking, but the price is higher and it's not a safe place (Someone painted my tire in Joe's parking lot, and none of the staff knows who did it! One chain of companies, one owner, and the same worthless staff everywhere. Interesting corporate policy), the barriers don't work, homeless people come in and spend the night in the stairwell, and the fee is $150 per month. And next… There are a lot of cockroaches here, garbage is always lying around the trash, you can hear what the neighbors are doing, the smell of urine is often heard in parking lots, carpets in the corridors stink.
