Great building. Amazing views. Amazing staff. Special shout out to Fernando! Such a great agent. Really helpful throughout the whole process. He helped me get an apartment that I absolutely love!

Being an expat I was having difficulties with applications at other buildings but once we decided we wanted to live here Fernando pulled out all the stops to help us through the process and finding solutions every time we hit a barrier. Great staff who actually care about the people in the building. I cannot recommend it enough!

We’ve just moved into the building and really enjoy the property. We definitely love the incredible view from our apartment. The whole staff is very nice and professionnal. Mention spéciale to Fernando that walked us through a quite complex application process since we’re coming from abroad, with elegance and smile ;-)

The people who live here let their dogs poop and pee all over the front area. They don't clean it up and the building clearly doesn't care. If you want to live like this, be my guest. They used to have trees too but those got cut down. Kind of a trashy place
