I’ve lived here for over four years, and management has already changed three times — yet nothing ever improves. The first management never came for repairs but marked them as “completed” on AppFolio, and every fix took months. Later, Tripalink took over, held raffle events, and asked residents to post 5-star Google reviews just to fill empty units. Now they’re gone too, and the property is completely neglected. The courtyard is full of dog poop, the front door has been broken for over a month, and the EV chargers keep failing. Nobody answers maintenance requests or emails, and the office is always empty while security lies saying “someone will be back soon.” Even the gym machines and rooftop grills stay broken for months. The lack of care, maintenance, and accountability here is truly unacceptable.

I lived at the Luna for two years and it's not the best, but it's not the worst: My Pros: - Security team is always super friendly/helpful. I miss them a lot! - Own EV charger - Gym - Convenient location My Cons: - Packages have been stolen a few times. They were left at the front of my door (which is the apartment policy) and when I came back from work, they were missing. - The building plumbing isn't in the greatest shape. I had problems with the consistency of the hot water for almost half my time here - Some of the pets in the building are not the best trained Something to note: it's an apartment in ktown so of course there will be some young adults who party and some noise. I was fortunate enough to have a corner unit so I only had one next door neighbor who was occasionally loud on the weekends. Keep your expectations realistic and this building would be a decent place to stay.

We have been living in this building for half a year now. We are very pleased with it. Everyone is always friendly, the parking is very convenient and secure. The gym is quite comfortable and has all the necessary equipment. The rooftop is wonderful, especially at sunset—you can enjoy a beautiful view of the city. I highly recommend it to everyone; you won’t regret it.

I’ve been living at Luna on Wilshire and have had a great experience overall. The location is super convenient and the building itself is modern and well-maintained. I especially appreciate how responsive the maintenance team has been—any time I’ve had an issue, it’s been handled quickly and professionally. The amenities are solid, and I love the rooftop lounge—it’s a great place to relax or have friends over. Management has been communicative and helpful throughout my lease. Definitely recommend for anyone looking for a clean, stylish, and centrally located apartment in LA.

I think over all it’s a good place. I like the location and the parking. I’ve been waiting to get my dishwasher and my balcony fixed since the LA fires but they have worked on covering with temporary wood. I like my neighbors. I wish they could fix the TV in the roof for this summer and add more equipment to the gym.
