The turnaround time for maintenance and service requests here is really disappointing — it often feels like they respond whenever they feel like it, not within any consistent timeframe. Noise is also a major issue — you’ll hear loud music or TV at 2–3 a.m. regularly, and management doesn’t seem to enforce quiet hours. There’s been an ongoing roach problem that’s never been fully resolved. Despite several promises to fix it, I’ve had to resort to my own pest control methods just to keep them at bay. And lastly, there are dogs in the building that bark nonstop, day and night. Like why own a dog if you aren’t going to train or provide the care it needs — it’s constant and adds to the overall lack of peace. Overall, between the delayed responses, noise, and pest issues, living here has been more stressful than comfortable.

Unfortunately, after waiting outside for over 20 minutes — repeatedly calling both the call box and the number provided — no one ever came to let me in. To make matters worse, the security guard on-site was dismissive and rude when I tried to ask for help. After standing outside for that long with no clear communication or assistance, I decided to leave. I don’t think it would make sense for me to reschedule a tour when my time and effort weren’t respected the first time. I made the trip, rearranged my day, and came prepared to view the property — only to end up waiting outside in frustration. It’s really disappointing, especially considering how much interest I had in the apartment and the effort I put into making sure I was on time.
