UPDATE: I've been here for 5 years now, and there have been about 5 different companies managing the building in that time. We still only have one working elevator (in a 13 story building) and a workout space connected a unkempt laundry room with no ventilation. I will say security is much better than it has been in the past. This will remain at 1 star until all 3 elevators are working at the same time (never happened). Lived here for 3 years. In that time only one of three elevators has ever worked. And that elevator breaks often. They've been "waiting for the parts" for over a year now. The working elevator has been down for a week leaving residents in a dangerous situation. We haven't received comment from management and they stopped showing up to their office once the elevator broke. This building is a mess. Do not move here even if they fix things. Easily twice a month there is an issue with the water. Shut off, no hot water, emergency, etc. Laundry room is poorly kept, often flooding and the machines break. They just got new machines and they already don't work. Fitness center is a joke. Definitely not something they should advertise. Management is unresponsive. There have been 3-4 different owners/management companies for the the time I've been here. They have all been awful. They actually keep getting worse. *EDIT EDIT* The only correspondence they have provided is a note in the lobby about the elevators. Meaning, if you have accessibility issues and have not been able to make it downstairs, you have no idea what is going on in the building)

Our leasing agent was very nice and explained everything we needed to know about the unit. They did take our ID for tour but this also happened at a few other apartments we toured, seems like new protocol I guess you never know people can be crazy and the leasing agents are going into this apartments by themselves with you so it’s understandable. These are historic lofts so 1 bedroom or 2 bedrooms it’s ideally just a bigger space they are divided off, that’s essentially what a loft is though. We loved the views of the unit we toured and they had a promotion going on that would discount the rent. We applied and hope we get in!!
