After explaining that my wallet was recently stolen, I was told that Sentral DTLA’s 'protocol' is so rigid they refuse to give a tour without a physical barcode to scan—even with an official government replacement receipt in hand. If they are this inflexible and robotic before you even sign a lease, imagine the lack of support you’ll receive as a resident. They’ve shown their true colors early, and I’m glad I dodged this bullet. Moving is stressful enough without dealing with a team that prioritizes scripts over people.
