The entire process from start to finish was smooth and stress free. Ty was extremely helpful, communicated clearly, and made everything easy to understand. Great experience overall.. excited to move in!
I really loved my time at Chapman Flats, but what made the experience truly exceptional was Tamara and Ty. They are the heart of the building. They consistently went above and beyond — whether it was helping with questions, making sure everything ran smoothly, or simply creating a warm, welcoming environment. The building itself is beautiful with great amenities, but Tamara and Ty are the reason it genuinely felt like home.
