Wilco

I recently moved into Wilco Apartments about two months ago and wanted to share my experience so far. I gave a 5-star rating because, for everything that is within the control of the property, they truly deliver. Pros • Megan was amazing throughout the entire process, from application to move-in. She made everything smooth and stress-free. • I’m in a 1x1 (800 sq ft) with a dog, and the apartment itself is great. The layout feels spacious and the storage is a huge plus — from the kitchen cabinets to the additional closet and built-in storage. • The balcony and large windows bring in so much natural light, which is one of my favorite things about the unit. • The amenities are solid and comparable to what you’d expect from other luxury apartments. • It’s a very pet-friendly building, and that has been important for me. • The woman who handles the cleaning in the building is truly the sweetest and keeps the common areas consistently clean. • Evening security is on-site, which adds to the overall feeling of safety. • Maintenance is responsive and quick. I haven’t had many issues, but the few I’ve had were handled efficiently. • The location is central, with great nearby businesses and friendly employees. • The tenants here are also very friendly, which makes the environment feel welcoming. Cons • If you’re looking for a building with a large dog run or big areas for dogs to play off-leash, this isn’t that. They do have a small pet area for bathroom breaks or quick outdoor baths, but no true dog run. Thankfully, there are parks close by and the sidewalks are good for walks. • Like many areas in LA, there are homelessness challenges nearby, which can come with additional trash in the surrounding area. However, the building itself is very well maintained and kept clean, and security does a good job supporting residents who need to take their dogs out at night. Overall, Wilco has been a great place to live so far. For everything the property can control, they do it well. Based on my experience these past two months, I would absolutely recommend this location.

The apartment is cozy and comforting. All the staff members especially manager Megan is amazing and also Scott . I FEEL SO WELCOMED as soon as I moved in. Not to mention all the Tennants as well. You get the downtown view from the rooftop amd also the Hollywood. I highly recommend this apartment Wilco!!!
