I’ve lived in various high-rise and 'luxury' buildings in DTLA over the past years, and living at APEX has been the best experience so far! Our leasing agent, Marsha, went above and beyond to accommodate us and was always available to answer any questions or concerns during the application process. I’d say she is the most professional agent I’ve ever dealt with! The apartments here are spacious, bright, and quiet with great appliances. The value per square foot and overall quality are better than anywhere else in the neighbourhood, and the fact that they stay at nearly full occupancy speaks for itself. Maintenance requests are taken care of almost immediately, and both the maintenance and security staff are professional and very helpful. So far so good! I 100% recommend APEX to anyone considering moving here—you won’t be disappointed!
