I cant be thankful enough for Ida and the smooth process for the uneventful event that occurred in our previous apartment complex into the apartment and the help she provided for my family. She doesn't am amazing job. Thank you IDA....

My move-in process was incredibly smooth, and the team here truly cares. Destiny helped with the move-in process and made everything feel easy and welcoming. Ida went above and beyond by ensuring the apartment and carpets were freshly cleaned and by walking through the inspection with me, which I really appreciated. After moving in, I had a small maintenance issue, and Cruz fixed it promptly and professionally. I’m very pleased with the service and overall experience. The team at The Lodge Luxury Apartments is responsive, caring, and professional.
