Mountain Ridge Manor has the best staff, specifically Payton (property manager). We moved from California to Utah the beginning of 2024 and Payton helped us move in with out any stress or problems. She communicates efficiently with a great attitude. I have never had a great experience with other property

managers until I met her. My family decided to sign a new lease because of how great she is at her job. When we signed the new lease, she gave us a heart warming personal card. I don’t think we are going to move out for a very long time. She has set the standard of what a property manager should be. We truly appreciate her commitment to our living experience at Mountain Ridge Manor.

Highly recommended MTN Ridge manor apartments. They go above and beyond expectations. Payton and Austin are absolutely the best. Payton helped me move and do everything across states and made everything easy for me. I’ve never lived in a place that’s more caring and truly cares about their residents.

Great team at Mountain Ridge Manor! Payton has been super helpful and responsive whenever I’ve had questions or needed anything. Austin, the maintenance guy, is awesome and quick to respond and always professional. It’s clear they both care about keeping the community running smoothly. Definitely recommend this place!

Really love these apartments Peyton is such a huge help when it comes to giving information and making sure things are going good in the apartments. The maintenance guy as well he is very quick with managing time and fixing things that need to be repaired
