I have been a resident of Washington apartments for over a year. The office manager and assistant are very friendly and helpful, and the maintenance team has been highly efficient, with zero complaints. I never have to wait for days for a work order. Nevertheless, since Troy, the primary maintenance

individual, left, I have observed a substantial difference in the cleanliness of the apartment complex. The dog park is not as clean as it used to be, and there is always trash outside of the dumpster. I am uncertain about the situation, but I strongly believe that we need our maintenance individual, Troy, to return as soon as possible.

My family and I have lived at these apartments for almost a year, it will be a year in October. Washington park apartments has been by far the BEST place we have lived! Marilyn and Whitney are amazing and will do anything and everything they can to help you. My toddler

looks forward to our walks because Whitney always makes it a point to come out and see him and he just absolutely adores her and the love she continues to show him. Marilyn has made us feel like family and always is so kind and goes above and beyond! We recently had an issue with fraud on our bank account and she asked if we needing anything and was so set on making sure we were okay and taking care of us! Troy the maintenance guy is amazing as well. he is very quick when a work order is put in and always has a smile on his face when you see him around! It is a family friendly place and the apartments are so nice and believe it or not you don’t hear the neighbors or anyone around you as much as you think you would! I absolutely love it here and would recommend it to anyone looking for a fun family friendly environment!!

Moved in on 03/2019. By the time I moved out (10/2020) I was completely broken and tore down. Not only from the pandemic, but my husband leaving me. The manager at the time saw my pain and completely destroyed me more. To this day I hope Marilyn gets everything she

deserves. And I mean that in the best way possible. But I do feel that I was let down by the property management due to the harassment and picking on that she had done to me. I filed a complaint and was not heard. I had no voice. Marilyn did no wrong in the eyes of the PM. Worst thing to have to go through on top of what I was already going through.
