I love giving credit where credit is due, and I can honestly say Bobby has been incredibly patient and amazing throughout this process. I originally planned to rent, but the property wasn’t quite ready in time. In the end, everything worked out perfectly, and been revisiting. Bobby has been super patient, helpful, and communicative every step of the way. Sarah was also wonderful. She was so helpful and went above and beyond when I asked to get a perspective of the property at night. That extra care really helped me feel confident in my decision and she was so sweet. Things like this truly matter. Overall, a great experience with a team that truly cares.

Over-promise and under deliver. If you want a finished building, do not move here as this building is still not finished. I moved into in September and Sol’s team was salivating at the mouth to get people to sign and move into a building that is literally an active construction zone. Funny enough leading up to my signed move-in date I was told my apartment may not be ready because it needed a final inspection. I moved into a building with unpainted walls in several halls, dust and construction crews in and out every single day. I was told the 28th floor and it’s amenities would be ready beginning of October - which morphed into November, which turned into December, which turned into January - and now I can’t even get an answer as to when 28 will be done at all. Sol sold people on these features/amenities and rushed to move people into a building that they knew full well was entirely unfinished and not fully operational. The parking garage which they charge an absolutely exorbitant rate beginning at $175 a month for a spot - was broken and left open for 2 months with 0 communication. After reaching out regarding these concerns I was offered a literal slap in the face concession of $40. (This being the 2nd time it broke, mind you this building as been open since August) Jermark the manager and his office team have been very nice and treated me very well and appreciate their kindness. However I do not appreciate being bait and switched - I made it clear throughout the leasing process that the 28th floor and it’s amenities were a key factor in my decision to move in, and I was sold a dream that has yet to come true. After bringing this up months ago I was told I would receive updates and weeks later we’ve yet to receive a single thing. So now I am several months into a lease I would have never signed had I actually just been given an accurate representation of the timeline. Sol Modern has shown they’ve chosen to over-promise and under deliver.
