20 Pettygrove

Loved touring the place, very vintage cozy feel. Kasia was absolutely wonderful and lovely to talk to!

i moved into 20 pettygrove last year right after sylo took over management. its a decent building, love having in unit washer dryer, cant hear my neighbors unless im out in the hallway or have my windows open. very dog friendly (there are treats in the office!). brandon the leasing guy is super nice. one major downside is the lack of air conditoning in unit. you have to buy your own ac unit. the other big downside is a more recent one: the horrible elevator. for the last few months, it has been breaking very frequently. sylo says its the previous managements fault. it will freeze all of the time, sometimes trapping people inside of the elevator. pretty much any time i go to use it (multiple times a day to take my dog out) its broken and i have to take the stairs. i know sylo has brought the repair team out many times but it doesnt seem to have improved at all. i personally think they need to change repair companies. going up the stairs SUCKS. no ac so its pretty warm, it stinks like dog pee. if you are someone who values having an elevator (especially when you move in!!!!) i highly reccomend NOT choosing 20 pettygrove, atleast until the elevator is eventually fixed (who knows when thatll be....). its been very hard on disabled tenants like me especially on the 90+ degree days.
