Lived here for 3 years. Had a good experience with management and maintenance. Great building and amenities. Clean and quiet. Dog friendly, and they offer affordable housing units. Awesome location. Highly recommend

My girlfriend and I recently made the exciting move to Portland! We actually came a month ahead of time to check things out and scheduled a tour of Kado NW. The leasing office team gave us a fantastic tour and shared all about the awesome events they host, which made us feel like we'd be able to meet new friends right away. Once we signed the lease and moved in, it felt like home! We had a few Amazon packages show up early, and Spencer from the leasing office was super helpful—he brought our packages up to our apartment, which really saved us some time and stress. What we love even more is how friendly the leasing office staff is. They always greet us when we leave the building and have given us great recommendations for food and fun things to do around the city. Honestly, if anyone is thinking about relocating to Portland, we highly recommend living here!

We lived here for a year and had a great experience. We were able to get in to one of their affordable housing units and the staff was very helpful during the application process. In fact, all of our interactions with maintenance and office staff were positive. They responded to requests in a timely manner and were friendly. We also loved the location - so close to New Season’s and so many fun places in NW and off 23rd. The streetcar is nearby as well. We moved because we were able to purchase a home, but otherwise we totally would have renewed our lease. We loved our time in Northwest and will always remember it fondly. 🙂

I have lived here since 2020 and have had great experiences living here. The staff are amazing and help me with all my needs. I never worry about safety and my belongings in the art room and bike storage are always safe. Amenities are awesome and they take care of the facility. The new vending machines near the elevators are awesome too! They work hard to elevate and care for the residence and the building. They have added security cameras in the main lobby and they are quick to address any concerns I have ever had. I enjoy being here. They even highlight pets each month 🌶️ the Pom

I love living here at Kado NW. There is a large workspace for planting plants or making stuff. The gym room is great. And the library and community gathering room and patio are very very nice. The second floor has a large green space off the community patio and that is really cool. The staff are one of the best things they are professional, helpful, and full of life and energy. The building is kept very clean. The maintenance crew are friendly and do a great job keeping the building clean and spotless. And ? there is art on most of the walls. Very nice. going on 3rd year here. Thanks Kado NW team.
