After I moved in, I had a maintenance issue and within no time at all, Ramiro, the building engineer arrived and saw to it that it was fixed and followed up to ensure my satisfaction. I work at one of the commercial businesses inside the 5 MLK building and have been here for two years. While I can’t speak to the residential spaces, I can confidently say that Ramiro, the building engineer, is absolutely amazing.
