newer apartments. kind of a crazy location if you know Portland at all. convenient if you go to school or have anything that you need to do in that area. studio apartment was super cute. bathtub was extremely high and for someone that is partially disabled wouldn't be an option. had a cute little balcony. hallways the air seemed really stale like there's no fresh air getting through at all which was kind of not great. staff was very polite and friendly it was in a better location I would definitely go for it it was a really nice little studio apartment it had washer and dryer in the unit it had an area for your bicycle had a nice bathroom like I said the bathtub is really high for the most part it seems like a really nice place but I just went to go peek at it I haven't lived there

Really nice apartments , a little pricey but would t be so bad if there were better security . Especially at night when anyone can and does just walk right in through the resident's only doors . People that don't live there just follow residents through the doors after residents use their magnetized key cards to open the door to get inside . Or for when tweekers just follow cars right on into the parking garage when they're pulling in before the gate shuts at night . Makes you feel very unsafe in the elevators and hallways at times and especially at night if ur a woman who lives alone . 🥺

It’s not that I don’t recommend these apartments, it’s that I explicitly recommend against them. ConAm Management, specifically, caused this property to take a nosedive. If I could give 0 stars, I would. The community was nice, well maintained, and a great location until they took over. Once they had their hands on it they knowingly and (as confirmed in writing by their management) intentionally allowed doors to the building to remain broken/easily accessible to the public, they don’t repair broken gym equipment in a timely manner or provide sufficient tools to clean gym equipment (making it an incredibly unsanitary environment).
I’m sure they’ll reply thanking me for my feedback but please be aware their billing practices are not only predatory but blatantly fraudulent. They charge for items that are not legal to charge for in this state and prey on those who cannot afford the legal fees to sue them, though I’m sure once someone does, they’ll open a full class-action suit since their corporate team confirmed on recorded lines that they knowingly and intentionally do this to everyone.
I wish their team all the worst. If you live here, leave while you can. It only gets worse once you’re gone.

I recently moved into SkylarGrand Apartments, and I can't say enough about how wonderful my experience has been, thanks to Andrea, the property manager. From the moment I arrived a few months ago, Andrea has been incredibly gracious and helpful, always ready to answer my numerous questions with patience and kindness. Her exceptional support and dedication truly stand out. The apartment itself is nice, but even if it weren't, having such a wonderful point of contact makes living here worthwhile.

Writing another review because this morning both of my e bikes were stolen out of the locked bike room in the building. The thieves used a crowbar to get into the locked door. Additionally, another resident and the Maintence person confirmed that the bike room had been broken into 5 days ago (3/2/23) but my partner and I as residents didn’t receive ANY notification about this. We’ve been complaining about needing security for weeks and the Maintence person even told us last time some craziness happened (barely a eeek ago) that they were officially getting an undercover security person. I wish that Skylar grand would either actually provide a safe place to live and put obvious measures in place to do so (that they keep saying they will do) OR wish they would be honest and up front with us and say that they the only way to be safe is to leave. At this point we have lost so much money, time, and energy that we are leaving but will be holding Skylar grand and Fairfield accountable for all of the physical and emotional damage ensued living here for less than 6 months. There have been countless issues in such a short amount of time. Cars stolen, cars broken into, mail stolen, mail rooms and Amazon hubs broken into it, swat team coming to collect an armed and dangerous k*||er. This is unfortunately not a safe place for ANYONE to live. If there was active security maybe it would be a different story but Fairfield won’t provide that. Photos are showing the damage done to my partner trying to stop the people stealing our bikes (and others) 4 stolen today 3/7/23 at 8:20 am. Not sure how many were stolen on 3/2/23. At least one. Photos are showing the empty space that the tv was stolen from on 3/2/2023 as well as the mirror in the gym that’s been broken for WEEKS
