I just moved in and I love the aesthetics and the modern look. It’s hard to come by a place that looks this nice but affordable for students. Doug (leasing agent) was such a great help! He helped me out so much throughout process even tho I was nagging him he had all questions answered and made sure I got my apartment by the date I needed it. He is very helpful and will do everything he can to make sure you are more than satisfied. Highly recommend this spot!

UPDATE: Originally I was going to change my review to be nicer, but after what happened this month, they do not deserve anything better than 1/5. If I could, I’d give them a 0/5. They called me approximately 1 week ago (after 5 phone calls and 1 negative review) regarding the overcharged rent. My only two options were to 1.) pick up a check or 2.) they would deposit it into my account after I moved out. NOW, onto another issue: My lease doesn’t end until 8/31/24 but somehow management (without informing me + completely unauthorized) has come into my apartment and completely trashed it. They left the door unlocked, maintenance used the toilet and didn’t flush. On top of that, they have stolen my ~$300 vacuum, my swiffer mop (+ accessories), kitchen supplies, and multiple cleaning supplies. They had no right to enter my apartment before the lease ended, and especially had no right to STEAL my property. I’ve had bad apartments and have dealt with horrible management before, but never had one that allowed someone to steal my belongings, withheld my money, and entered my apartment without informing me. Once again, stay FAR AWAY from Acqua Apartments. Original review: I am a current resident and if you are thinking about living here, DO NOT! They took my money this month by double charging me my rent and have yet to return the funds. This happened because they sent out a message that they had removed all payment methods from the resident accounts after a “portal update”. When I went in to check, there was no payment account added for my resident account. This auto payment that they took from my checking account was completely UNAUTHORIZED. I have called them 5 times in the last 2 weeks and left 4 messages for the manager. I have not received a SINGLE update. What is the point of having a manager or people who pick up the phone if they don’t even do anything. STAY AWAY from Acqua Apartments.
