I Moved in to two years ago. This place has changed in many ways throughout the years I’ve been here. Management is great. The apartments are spacious and modern. I am glad for this community and the people in it. My neighbors are all very kind. There’s a food program where they bring Full boxes To people in need. this place is very safe. You cannot enter the building, or go up the Elevators without a assigned controller. Which is great, because I feel very safe at night, knowing that no one is roaming around the hallways. We recently had an issue with hot water, management Worked fast to get everything up and running. I love how close I am to all of the Waterfront Activities and not to mention the public transportation. A big shout out to the WaterLeaf crew. Keep up the good work, thank you for all that you do.

The office staff has changed numerous times but it hasn’t affected me. I’ve haven’t had an issue with them.The neighborhood is great I like to take a walk by the waterfront once in a while and grab a bite to eat at the pub. My unit is comfortable I’m in a studio apartment I just wish I had washer and dryer in the unit. They do have a laundromat on the fifth floor which half of the machines are sometimes broken but that’s not the properties fault. I blame that on the people that live here some people just don’t know how to have nice things.

Roaches, no hot water indefinitely, one elevator (of 2) broken indefinitely. No parking. No laundry in unit - machines always broken, robbing tenants. No central air. HOT in the summer. Cracks in structural walls. Two year old building. Already should be condemned. Deadly.

As crappy as they come. Soha and Kyle are the rudest and laziest people as well as nosy always have to be in your business. When they don’t like something you do they confront and harass you. If that’s something you love happening to you then be my guest and live at those apartments, if not stay far away!!!!!

Was inquiring with Kyle about renting here, tried asking about roach problems and he switched up real quick to not responding at all. Unfortunate because the building seems alright, just poorly managed and maintained.
