Very thoughtful maintenance supervisor Julian!! The other staff is so kind and thoughtful too. Keeping the building tidy, up to date, quick to address maintenance requests. Need a lightbulb? There within 24 hours! Lots of upgrades since Julian took over and open to tenet suggestions! He’s even working on a garage motorcycle hook up for me!

When first applying for this apartment I saw some pretty bad reviews about management, but coming from the east coast I'm used to that so I took a chance on it because I loved the apartment itself. I have been here for about a month and a half now and am very pleased with the apartment and the convenience of the neighborhood. From what I understand, in the past few months the building has come under new management, and I have had great experiences with them thus far. Christian and Kristen at the leasing desk are both so friendly and helpful, and Julian is truly one of the best maintenance professionals I've had in my many years of renting! He's particularly considerate about pet owners and needs regarding our furbabies. Seeing a friendly face from management every day makes me feel confident that any issues I have in the future will be addressed accordingly. Keep up the good work!
