The on-site Greystar team is often absent, sometimes rude and dismissive, and at least one of them is incapable of writing a coherent sentence. Maintenance is awesome and very attentive. The building is fantastic!
They are terribly hard to contact when issues arise. I have had packages stolen from what is supposed to be a secure building, the fire department come because of fire alarms, and now missed deliveries because the front door system has been out of service. When trying to contact the team to discuss how to address these issues, they have been unavailable and unresponsive. The service team is great when deployed, but clearly there are problems in the office itself.
The Uptown NW Collection is on NW Lovejoy Street in Portland's Northwest District, along the streetcar and near the shops of Nob Hill. Portland State University is about a 6-minute drive away.
