Sanctuary Apartments

Tyler and Ariel are amazing! Very responsive and there when you need them. Maintenance is fast. I love my apartment. The whole experience has been great! The only thing lacking is free guest parking. It's also a beautiful area to live in. My view of the river is amazing.

Update 3/28/24 Carlos and Fernando did an amazing job with our work order! I initially thought my work order was a non-emergency issue with my fuse box, but hours later noticed a water leak. I immediately called the office and got through to the emergency after hours line to leave a voicemail of what was happening. Carlos was at our door within minutes and went above and beyond to find out the cause of the water leak. He and Fernando ended up having to cut a hole into our ceiling, which was stressful, but were able to complete the work order within a few days! Also shout out to Tyler and Jordan for always being so helpful! They’ve always been friendly and approachable whenever I’ve gone over to the leasing office for assistance. During the ice storm a couple months back Tyler actually helped me carry up some groceries I accidentally dropped. Even our cats enjoy living here!? Original review 11.2022 We absolutely love living at Sanctuary! The quality of the finishes and appliances is fantastic, the amenities are great (there’s an espresso machine in the community room!), and the team is amazing. There’s also a gorgeous trail to explore right in front of the community :)
