Not family friendly. We saved time to tour and were told we probably won't qualify this place to be quite with street car noises and on the 4th floor facing in with the window open hear neighbors. I was up she was low in the office with energy. I did get to go to the bathroom. No tour no encouraged move just all efforts to tell me my voucher wouldn't cover the amount and no apartments available to your in out of the 3 I was looking into. Good thing my baby didn't get startled to awake until we waisted 20-30 minutes on getting blown off. She didn't even offer a beverage. She's new is her excuse for one thing.

I toured ASA Flats with the leasing agent Kellin. I didn’t end up renting, but I’ve toured a lot of places and this was honestly one of the best tours I’ve had. She was friendly, knowledgeable, and super easy to talk to. Really nice, welcoming feel. Would definitely recommend asking for her for your tour.
