I lived in this building for three years. There is not a day I don’t think about the bay window and the one bedroom apartment I had. I moved for work and often think fondly of my time at Kearney Plaza. The layout the large bathrooms, the Walkin closet. There’s something special about Kearney Plaza. It has changed property management company since I lived there. But I wanted to just say how fondly, I think about Kearney Plaza. I moved at the end of 2021 and three years later, I still think about that apartment. The perks of this building is great parking, spacious apartments, and not downtown spacious but actually spacious apartments, The location is so desirable being able to walk to get your groceries. Every day is the most dreamy thing I can think of. The building feels homey, The martini bar in the front of the building is ran by the most incredible man and it is one of the best places to stop and when you live in the building being able to just walk downstairs and go to one of the most incredible spots locally owned in Portland is just one of the best. in conclusion if you’re looking for an apartment, you could not go wrong with Kearney Plaza. The cons would be that it’s a building so you can hear your neighbors every so often, but it was never that bad. Thank you for the memories, Kearney.

I love living at Kearney Plaza! The rooftop terrace and courtyard are just wonderful serene spots to relax in the city. Oliver Twist for a martini right in the building! This building was designed with old world charm in mind. Lots of big windows and nooks perfect for reading with your dog. Oh, so many dogs! KP is a dog lovers paradise! Heidi and Magola are so friendly and professional running the office and organizing fun little resident events! We recently got free waffles and coffee on the lobby! The guest suite in the building exists, perfect for family or friends to visit at an affordable rate. Tell me where else in the pearl you can host someone in a 2 bedroom 2 bathroom suite for b$165 a night? (The guest suite is on my tiktok @amandablossom81 ) Jovany and Ryan are EXCELLENT at keeping the property clean, maintained and safe. I never worry if something breaks, they are right on top of it! I just love the vibe here! It's been my dream to live at kearney plaza since 2008 and I am just over to moon to be here now!!

I'd like to commend the new management at Kearney Plaza for their excellent service! They have been incredibly supportive and consistently keep the complex looking clean and safe. They were especially helpful in our lease renewal process. Their positive attitude and kindness toward tenants make a real difference. We also appreciate the fun events they organize, fostering a great community atmosphere. Keep up the good work!

Booked a tour for 9 am this morning. Received multiple text confirmations, including one from Emy an hour prior. When I showed up, no one was in the office. I waited. I called. I texted. No response. Finally I left and texted them to say I was leaving. Not a single person has reached out to apologize or to explain why I was completely ghosted. Horrible customer service.
