We toured the building yesterday with Rhone. She answered all our questions and provided great insight into what living there would be like. We also had the pleasure of meeting Megan the property manager. Both women were great representatives for not only Griffis South Waterfront but Griffis Residential. A corporation that really believes in providing a great environment for their tenants to call home. Given that, we are willing to wait months for the apartment we like to become available.

An incredible attention by Emily who is super nice, smart and very receptive!!! She's been of enormous help and class. I've never had such an amazing experience with apartments ever before. Griffis is clean, their package system works very beautifully. The neighbors are all nice and happy people. Everyone from the staff is always smiling. We also have a cup of coffee together from time to time. The lobby area and tea are amazing. Keegan is super fast and great. Rhone is also very nice!! Griffis staff is extremely reliable, friendly and special. Congrats for the GREAT work!

I’m so happy we chose Griffis as our new home! We moved in about 6 weeks ago and have been impressed from the start. The staff is incredibly friendly and always goes out of their way to help — it really makes a difference. The community events have been such a fun bonus! We recently attended two and were pleasantly surprised by the great food and quality beers — people were literally taking some home because they were so good! The free coffee and hot chocolate bar is another favorite — there’s often a little morning line, which says it all 😄 We also love the convenience here. We live on the 7th floor with a beautiful view of the ecotarium, and trash chutes on every floor have spoiled us (never had those in the suburbs lol). Plus, you’re steps away from grocery stores, great restaurants, and public transit — streetcar, bus, and trains all nearby. So grateful we found this place ❤️❤️❤️

I've really enjoyed living at Griffis Southwater front building throughout the 3 years, The management team is friendly and always quick to help with any issues. The amenities, are great and well-maintained. The location is fantastic, close to many things like the river, restaurants and farmers market making it easy to get around and enjoy the area. The building is clean, modern, and feels like home. I've met some great neighbors and enjoyed the community events. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a nice place to live in Portland. Definitely will miss it.

This is a great place to live. The staff are attentive and the neighborhood is wonderful. I love my apartment and the view is incredible. My only concern is safety and security. Our buildings garage door has been broken since I moved in. Car theft, vandalism and broken windows happen on a daily basis as well as bike theft. I don't feel as safe as I should at this price point for an apartment. I am hearing from other residents in the neighborhood that it is a problem in other buildings in S. Waterfront as well and businesses are suffering from crime here too. Seems to be a Portland wide issue. They definitely need to fix the garage door here since they advertise the security of the building as a selling point.
