We toured this apartment in the middle of December two weeks to Christmas, Sophia was our tour guide, she was AMAZING! Answered all of my questions and really help narrow down the perfect unit. After we chose to move in Sophia was super helpful with reserving the loading dock and elevator. Move in was so smooth and easy! We have now been in our unit for almost 3 weeks now and we absolutely love it! The views are GORGEOUS! The location is perfect, PSU Farmer market is a 3 minute walk and there is plenty of restaurants and bars with in walking distance! If you prefer to not walk the MAX is just down the block. UPDATE: Still love the place! Recently needed some repairs done and maintenance so so quick and professional! +5 stars!

I cannot say enough positive things about Sophia at Ladd Apartment. From the very start, she made the whole process seamless and stress free. She is very efficient and always very quick to get back to me.. I never had to wait long for a response, which made a huge difference throughout the leasing process. Sophia exceeds expectations in everything she does. She showed me around all the units I wanted to see without a second thought, always with a bright smile on her face. It is clear that she is very passionate about what she does and strives to give 100% every single day. Her work ethic is truly admirable! The moving in process was very smooth, and I am absolutely loving my new place! If you are thinking of moving to Ladd Apartment, I would highly recommend Sophia. you will be in the best possible hands. She is a huge asset to the team and the reason why this place already feels like home! ?
