Sovereign Building

Lived here awhile back, best building downtown. Unbeatable prices and quality. I never heard my neighbors once, walls very thick.

the building and the units absolutely stunning! to make it an even better place to live; Paul (on site contact) goes above and beyond, is really friendly, diligent, and passionate about the buildings history as well as its tenants. The apartment itself is a large studio, with a walk-in closet, beautiful bathroom, beautiful kitchen, juliette balcony, and great views! you could rent a studio just about anywhere in town and most likely not get what you’re paying for, ie- a nice looking but cheaply built boxy little room with no charm. but with the sovereign every detail adds an old world luxurious charm. The finishes are all well built, knobs are real brass, counters are actual quartz, the drawers in the dressing room have been there since the beginning (cause they last), and the ceiling is tall with crown molding. i can go on and on about this place, everyday i wake up and can’t believe this is my home. if you’re ever given the chance to rent here - DO IT.
