Park Avenue Apartments

I m writing to commend and laud Dale the maintainance guy who has been here for (a year?) I’m not sure when he was hired, but every encounter has been very professional and positive. He comes prepared with tools needed and handles embarrassing repairs such a a blocked toilet with sensitivity and fast results. He is also very hygienic and cleans all spills—such as a radiator repair which resulted in some water on the floor. When I recently was apprised of a management change, I was afraid perhaps the maintainance staff would be replaced also. Much to my relief and the insightfulness of the new company, Dale remains. He is absolutely the paradigm of a maintainance person. He certainly sets the bar high for any new staff following him. I would certainly recommend this apt complex to anyone seeking new accommodation.

I’ve lived here about 3 years. Not much to say positive about previous management. Recently changeover to new management-Dylan Leland Community Manager. I had an issue with a blocked toilet on a weekend early on in the changeover. I was impressed with the alacrity shown to resolve this issue quickly. Dylan followed up by phone twice, first to assure me the maintainance guy Dale was on his way and would be here shortly. He then called again after to ensure I was pleased with the result. In the last 15 years I’ve been renting I’ve never had a maintainance issue resolved so quickly and efficiently. I am very optimistic for a positive change for n many areas of the complex maintainance.
