Maintenance is responsive and gets requests fixed in a timely manner.
Parking situation can get rough, but there’s a parking lot, though it costs extra and has a waitlist.
Building is relatively old, and that has it’s good and bad. Apartments are pretty small, and most have been renovated with composite flooring, though some still contain the original parquet flooring. With the age of the building, there’s frequent water outages, but they’re usually limited and the management gives ample warning.

Friendly staff and helpful maintenance team!
Great location for students? Saturday market is right outside every Saturday which can get noisy but also very fun if you like markets.
How much income do I need to rent at the Property?
A solid rule of thumb is keeping rent under 30% of your gross income. At Park Plaza's lowest rate of $[min_price]/month, you'd want to be bringing in around $[min_price × 40]/year. If you're not there yet, most student properties work with a parent or guarantor, so reach out to Park Plaza to ask about their process.
