We moved in recently to Park Ave West and have been pretty happy! The views are great, the unit itself feels very modern and well designed, cleanliness of hallways, lobby, elevators is always top notch. The responsive assistance from the office staff as well as their constant friendly professionalism is greatly appreciated. Location is very good for groceries, entertainment, walkability. Would recommend 10/10

We recently moved to Portland from Washington and chose Park Avenue West Apartments for its upscale living, top-tier amenities, and the overall safety and security of the building. From day one, the experience has been exactly what we hoped for. The staff - Daezah, Anais, and Kristin - have been incredibly welcoming and consistently helpful. They’re always ready to provide assistance, answer questions, and make the transition as smooth as possible. Their professionalism and kindness truly stand out. The building itself is beautifully maintained, and the amenities make everyday living feel elevated. We’re very happy with our decision to call Park Avenue Apartments Home!

I feel as though a lot of old residents did not properly give the new staff a chance. During my time here Anais, Daezha and Kristin have always been nothing but helpful and reasonable to whatever issues I may have had. They have thrown wonderful resident events and even stop what they are doing to make sure I have my packages when I ask for them. The location is wonderful, close to the train and walking distance to a lot of awesome locally owned shops. In my opinion it is the epitome of downtown living. I wouldn't want to live anywhere else! and on top of all of that, they have set utilities that don't fluctuate and I haven't been able to find that anywhere else! they are a 10/10 in my book and I will be renewing! Keep up the good work ladies!!

From a former resident of Park Avenue West, my experience with them was professional and joyful from start to finish. Coming from someone who moved across the country, this building is right in the middle of everything you would need to acclimate to Portland. Public transportation, parks, farmers markets, restaurants, all walkable directly from the front steps of this apartment building. The staff went above and beyond to not only answer my many questions about the units in a timely fashion but were quick to access and correct any maintenance issues my unit had while I was living there. With concierge & security included, they provided a safe and secure space to have food & packages delivered, along with security 24/7 for when I would come home at any hour of the day. The last thing I will mention is the community. Park Avenue West spent a great deal of energy and effort into planning events, parties, and gathers for is residents. Whether it was a 5k run/walk, a Superbowl party, or a potluck for Friendsgiving, the staff here provide a safe space for anyone who is looking to meet friendly neighbors and enjoy all that Portland has to offer. If you are looking for a place that consistently strives to provide comfort, safety, and connection, Park Avenue West is a great place to live.

My husband and I have lived at Park Ave for 2.5 years and we just love it. The building is well up-kept and has some terrific shared spaces that actually get used regularly. People here are friendly and typically pretty social. The building regularly hosts events and activities for residents, which is one of my favorite things about living here. Our interactions with Anais and Daezha at the leasing office have been consistently positive. At the end of our last lease we looked around at some of the other apartments in the area but nothing could beat the quality and location we have here. The building is right where all the action is at Pioneer square with lots of shopping and restaurant options and the views are fantastic. The waterfront is also a short walk away. If you want to live downtown this is the best place to be.
