We moved in recently to Park Ave West and have been pretty happy! The views are great, the unit itself feels very modern and well designed, cleanliness of hallways, lobby, elevators is always top notch. The responsive assistance from the office staff as well as their constant friendly professionalism is greatly appreciated. Location is very good for groceries, entertainment, walkability. Would recommend 10/10

From day one, the experience has been exactly what we hoped for. The staff - Daezah, Anais, and Kristin - have been incredibly welcoming and consistently helpful. They’re always ready to provide assistance, answer questions, and make the transition as smooth as possible. Their professionalism and kindness truly stand out. The building itself is beautifully maintained, and the amenities make everyday living feel elevated. We’re very happy with our decision to call Park Avenue Apartments Home!
