We recently toured The Dylan Apartments and had an absolutely wonderful experience with Sage. She was incredibly kind, patient, and professional throughout the entire visit. We spent about 1.5 hours with her, and she took the time to show us all of the available units we were interested in without ever rushing us.
The apartment community itself is beautiful, modern, and very well maintained. You can really tell that a lot of care goes into keeping the property clean and welcoming.
After we returned from the tour, we found another unit that caught our eye, and she happily took us to see that one as well.
The Dylan is a great place, and Sage is the best leasing professional!

PLEASE READ:
This is a very dirty apartment complex. There has been an eyelash on the door by the gym since I’ve moved in. I’ve been waiting for YEARS to see if they’d clean it they NEVER have. The cleaning ladies are always on their phones BARELY cleaning. She gets paid to talk on the phone vacuum poorly and go home. I’ve watched them sit in the common areas and talk and then burst up when they see a resident cause they know they aren’t working. Light dusting is not cleaning. The walls, the hallways, the DOORS. D I R T Y!!!!
No one wipes gym equipment I end up feeling so itchy after working out cause the gym is NASTY.
The elevator being down all the time is truly the most annoying thing I’ve ever experienced. If you’re on the top floor good luck. You’ll have to go around the whole building to get downstairs it’s inconvenient.
Elevators down every other week. What is the point.
People slamming doors, people are so rude here I’m surprised I haven’t yelled at someone yet. I’ve watched a girl straight up steal a package out the mail room.
The FIRE ALARMS I have stopped going downstairs cause every time it’s cause someone triggered it from cooking nasty food. And they don’t listen to open a window not your door living in an apartment with people who do not listen is annoying.
Sleep with clothes cause you never know how LOUD it will be.
I am just turned off from living here I actually have started to hate it. The staff is the only good part the two women one in the office one at the front desk. But everyone else in this building make it unbearable.
Very much over it.
I will be posting pictures tomorrow to show you how nasty it is. Also why are we paying $50 for a common area. Try TURNING THE LIGHTS OFF! No one uses those areas consistently enough to be paying that. Greystar sucks so much.
