A wide driveway leads between two white three-story buildings labeled 345 and 363 at Lilac Place Apartments Provo. Several parked cars line the sides, with mountains visible in the background under a blue sky.

My husband and I loved living here! We loved how much storage space our apartment had, and despite the age of the complex, the price and location close to BYU campus were great for us. Brigham and Amanda were truly the best on-site managers EVER and helped us so much. They were responsive to our questions, quick with maintenance requests, and became such good friends of ours. They even helped us move in! Overall, we are definitely grateful for our experience here and would recommend it!

Good location. Building shakes when someone runs or something heavy is dropped. You can easily hear people in other units. Bathroom is small. Only form of cooling is a swamp cooler. But overall it’s okay.
