AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS—I am being charged upwards of $900 worth of move out fees including repairs for THUMBTACKS (stated as normal wear and tear in the lease by the way) which were close to $300 for "paint". When we were disputing these charges, Trisha Hamilton was giving us passive aggressive messages and simply giving us false information before our debt was sent to collections without even a chance to dispute. We requested evidence of the damages and it was not given to us until 2 MONTHS LATER. If you decide to live here, know your rights as a renter or they will treat you like a piggy bank thinking you don't know anything. I have lived in many apartment complexes but this is the only one where I have been treated this way. Please, do better.

I’ve had a great experience living at University River Village. The community is clean, quiet, and well-maintained, and the location is really convenient for getting to campus and nearby stores. The apartments are comfortable, and any maintenance requests I’ve submitted were handled quickly. I especially want to mention Maria at the front desk. She is always friendly, professional, and very helpful. She goes out of her way to answer questions and make residents feel welcome. It’s clear she truly cares about the community. Overall, I would definitely recommend University River Village to anyone looking for a nice place to live in this area.
