I moved in last August and I absolutely love it here. Management is very kind and friendly. There's always little events for the residents to go to. The building is also in a spot where it's very easy to get to everything. I would say my only complaint is just about getting in and out of the bike locker.
1. Bike stolen from the cage there - did not care or help. 2. Not enough parking. 3. The management will place you in collections quicker than you can blink and if you pay it, they will still keep reporting it to the credit agency years later when they could remove it. Be warned... 4. If you are the last to leave you have to clean EVERYTHING! The whole place and charge you if it is not clean enough over $600.
