My daughter attends Sac State. These apartments are close to the school and in a safe area. Application process went smoothly and you can't beat the rent price for the area. Neighbors seems friendly and complex is clean. I have interacted with both Rachel and Emily as the previous and current property managers and both are responsive in a timely manner. The maintenance is so helpful and he went out of his way to ensure the apartment was properly inspected and ready prior to move in. I saw a review that mentioned that this apartment is racist. I can assure you they are not racist as I am a person of color. They also have residents that are of different ethnicities. Like any other complex, I think they just want to ensure that those renting are responsible to pay rent, and unfortunately the only way to look at this is by credit score.
