My daughter attends Sac State. These apartments are close to the school and in a safe area. Application process went smoothly and you can't beat the rent price for the area. Neighbors seems friendly and complex is clean. I have interacted with both Rachel and Emily as the previous and current property managers and both are responsive in a timely manner. The maintenance is so helpful and he went out of his way to ensure the apartment was properly inspected and ready prior to move in. I saw a review that mentioned that this apartment is racist. I can assure you they are not racist as I am a person of color. They also have residents that are of different ethnicities. Like any other complex, I think they just want to ensure that those renting are responsible to pay rent, and unfortunately the only way to look at this is by credit score. Keep up the good work Riverbridge!

This Apartment Complex is not worth of even trying to rent. Don’t waste your time and money. First of all they charge you almost $50 bucks just for credit check and I really don’t think it should cost that much just to run background. Second $250 bucks for holding security deposit which of course they said it’s will go towards your unit holding deposit if you get approve. But you don’t get approved until your credit score is 750 and above and I’m sorry I must say this just do be black because they will treat you like you are not human. And speak loud over your face. Nate should not be working there because of his very disrespectful and behavior and attitude above the sky . I have never been late for 13 month straight on an apartment complex that I pay $1766.40 per month each month even before the beginning of new month I make my rent payment on 29th of each month. I drove 3 hours just to tour and waited over 7 days now and until now I didn’t get my $250 back . I will sue this property management company if I didn’t get my money back before this Monday the August 4th . And don’t worry I will find someone else who respects and cares about a real business landlord who cares only about business but not racist and someone who doesn’t look for skin color or religion.

My husband and I lived there for 4 years and loved it! The best neighbors, Rachel the manager was great and Matt was the best maintenance guy!! The neighborhood was always so quiet and everyone there was so friendly. Highly recommend these apartments!

We lived at Riverbridge for a good 6 years. I give it 5 stars because the property manager, Rachel, made all the difference in our experience being positive. The walls and ceilings are thin so sound carries easily and you can hear everything your neighbors do. However, Rachel was great in listening to us and offering solutions and actionable steps to resolve issues with noise. Outside of that, the property is super safe and clean. Also, it's next to Sac State and the trail which is awesome. You probably won't find a better location for the price here in Sacramento. Thanks again for everything, Rachel.
