  The absolute worst place to live. The neighbors are fine, quiet and keep to themselves for the most part. The management is the absolute WORST. Previously it was managed by a woman named Catt and she was WONDERFUL. No hate to her, she was very attentive, informative and transparent about everything. Mihaela ardenlean or whatever her name is, is the RUDEST person I have dealt with. The property itself is bad. Several layers of paint in the apartments so it peels, no assigned parking so people are almost parking in the road, they let dead cars sit there for MONTHS collecting spider webs. Homeless literally sleeping on their property, laundry mats haven’t worked since 2020. Gun shots frequently and fights happening a lot in the parking lot, honestly I don’t even think mihaela even knows or cares about what’s going on. My car was broken into, and my gas was stolen out of my car and she did nothing and offered no help. I would get off late from work and since there was no assigned parking I parked where the homeless slept. When I brought it to her attention she said there was nothing she could do so I asked to speak to her manager so maybe we could find a solution yet she told me no. When I finally decided I couldn’t put up with it anymore I started applying for different places. Now when you apply for different places you don’t wanna put your eggs all on one basket so I didn’t give 30 day notice yet because I hadn’t been approved for another place yet so I didn’t wanna get my hopes up. Mihaela then rudely texted me telling me I needed to put in a 30 day notice when I haven’t even been approved for the other place yet. When I moved out she did not want to answer my questions of how I was being charged all these fees so when I was fed up she didn’t wanna do my inspection. On top of the rudest manager, the maintenance man is sexist as hell. My outlets didn’t work and the first thing I checked was my breakers. When he came to fix the problem he said “I know women don’t understand this stuff but have you checked the breaker”. I do not recommend living here. Overall. Let’s shout out the people who helped a lot and who actually seemed like they cared, Catt the old manager, Sabrina and her new trainee manager at their Tuscana court apartments have all been wonderful!

  If you want to kill your self with the to much mould , Mouse and cockroach then go get apartment at this property i’ve been here for long time at the same time very rude management they don’t care about the residents while you request something to fixed.
