I lived at the Mezzo for 6 months (March-September). It was definitely the best experience I've had with any apartment. CeAnn from the leasing office was so helpful. She always was interested in my program and she really cared about everyone in the building. All of the leasing people were awesome and that is definitely something that set them apart from other apartments I've lived at in the past. Alex, who took care of maintenance was also very helpful. I remember late one night I accidentally locked myself out, and he was able to come and help me get back inside, which was amazing! The overall living experience was great, and perfect for what I needed. There are a lot of young people living there, and everyone is friendly. The pool and hot tub were great amenities, especially for the summer. I honestly have no complaints and would highly recommend this place to anyone !

Apartments are nice, not many amenities, but neighbors are quiet. Maintenance is good, they actually get the job done. The only horrid thing is the parking situation. It's maintained by the city, which means tickets. You pay $100 monthly just to be able to park 1 vehicle at a time. If you want to get a 2nd permit for your 2nd vehicle, guess what, you can't get one, because the city alloted less permits than number of apartments. Make that make sense.

This team is full of genuine warmth; they don’t just ‘manage’; they care. They’re the kind of people who remember your name after the first meeting, greet you with a contagious smile, and are always there to lend a hand, advice, or even just an ear. Their proactive approach to everything, be it maintenance or planning community events, makes life here enjoyable. Choosing to live at The Mezzo has been a good decision for me. It provides a balanced living experience, combining quality housing near many places of interest in Sacramento. Today my husband and I had a tour with Cean and wow she is such a wonderful human being. I loved her!! If only the unit we saw had a door to the bedroom I would have taken the apartment in a heart beat. The Mezzo apartment is truly lucky to have a gem like Cean!
