Apartments are nice, not many amenities, but neighbors are quiet. Maintenance is good, they actually get the job done.
The only horrid thing is the parking situation. It's maintained by the city, which means tickets. You pay $100 monthly just to be able to park 1 vehicle at a time. If you want to get a 2nd permit for your 2nd vehicle, guess what, you can't get one, because the city alloted less permits than number of apartments. Make that make sense.

I lived at the Mezzo for 6 months (March-September). It was definitely the best experience I've had with any apartment. CeAnn from the leasing office was so helpful. She always was interested in my program and she really cared about everyone in the building. All of the leasing people were awesome and that is definitely something that set them apart from other apartments I've lived at in the past. Alex, who took care of maintenance was also very helpful. I remember late one night I accidentally locked myself out, and he was able to come and help me get back inside, which was amazing! The overall living experience was great, and perfect for what I needed. There are a lot of young people living there, and everyone is friendly. The pool and hot tub were great amenities, especially for the summer. I honestly have no complaints and would highly recommend this place to anyone !
