I'm going on 2 years here and everything was great at the beginning. However, more issues have arise the longer I live here. Front office staff are friendly and respond to all requests or concerns. The rooms are spacious with walk-in closets and the unit is fairly modern. There are two parking lots so finding parking is never an issue. The pool is great during the summer time and so is the clubhouse. Overall things are clean. However, in the past year we've had multiple water shut offs due to old pipes. Gates are occasionally broken so transients do enter and dig out trash from the dumpsters. I've also witnessed a transient going through people's laundry in the communal laundry room. I've had two bikes stolen here. The most recent one was stolen off my balcony and I live on the second floor! Security is a joke here. You barely see them and when you do, they're often sitting in their vehicles parked in the handicap spots. If you call security more than once they start ignoring your calls. Neighbors can be noisy, especially during the weekends. What drove me to write this review was the disappointing maintenance response. The first few months here, maintenance was prompt and all of my requests were resolved within 24 hrs. Recently, I have requested for three separate issues where they would mark the job as complete without resolving the issues.
