Living here has been one of the nicest apartments I've rented. Maintenance is fast, the apartments themselves are nice, and most of the neighbors are kind and reasonable people. Annie gave a wonderful move in experience and went above and beyond to help us find the best unit. Everyone in the office has continuted to be nice after move in! There hasn't been any extra hidden fees, everything was clearly explained before we signed our lease. Definitely would reccomend!

The only real pros of living in this apartment complex are that it's close to the Trax station and the apartment layouts are spacious. Unfortunately, that’s where the positives end. When I first moved in, my apartment was dirty — not just a little dusty, but genuinely disgusting. When I received an email asking for feedback on my move-in experience, I was honest and said it was unacceptable. Instead of addressing my concerns professionally, a staff member named Annie responded by telling me not to share feedback and to just take things up with her directly — which I found very unprofessional. Later, when I moved into a smaller unit, I made multiple requests to ensure it would be cleaned before I arrived. I even emphasized how important it was. Yet again, I walked into a dirty apartment. The toilet was black — that’s how filthy it was. I sent Annie pictures, but nothing was ever done about it. Then, my refrigerator broke and I lost all the food I had. At the time, I was going through a tough financial situation and most of my groceries came from the free food pantry. Losing all that food was devastating. When I reported the issue, they showed absolutely no compassion or urgency to help. Any time I went to the front desk to ask for maintenance help, I was met with indifference. Requests were brushed off or ignored. It’s incredibly frustrating when the staff clearly doesn’t care about residents’ needs. More recently, when I informed the complex that I wouldn’t be renewing my lease, someone reached out and mentioned that they would offer me a rent discount to make up for the food loss. That brought a little of relief, even though it was about 80 dollars diference due difference due to all the fees. But On top of all of this, when I sent in my 60-day notice via email — as instructed — Annie chose to ignore it. I followed up and emailed two more times with no response. It wasn’t until I physically went to the office and confronted her face-to-face that she finally acknowledged me. Her excuse was that her email was having “technical issues” and that she never saw it — which is simply not true. She definitely saw it and actively chose to ignore me. That’s not a technical error — that’s deliberate avoidance. When I brought this up to the manager, I was told it was just a series of “unfortunate events.” But there is nothing unfortunate about someone intentionally ignoring, lying to, and bullying a tenant. Annie has been unprofessional from the beginning, takes everything personally, and has created a hostile environment for me as a resident. I won’t stand for being treated that way. The overall condition of the property is just gross. Common areas are consistently dirty. There’s carpet coming up in places, which is a tripping hazard. And to top it off — there was poop all over the stairs for more than a week and no one cleaned until I added a request which makes no sense because all the maintenance and cleaning people walk through the stairs every day . That’s just unacceptable, and it is common occurrence here, things don’t get done until there is tons of complaints. I’ve been extremely disappointed with my experience here. Poor management, lack of cleanliness, and a complete disregard for tenants' well-being have made this one of the worst places I’ve ever lived.
