Parkway Commons

This is the perfect place for seniors. I can't describe how great these apartments are. It's one of those things that you have to see for yourself.

I went to Parkway Commons last week to apply for income restricted rents but was told the rents are affordable but the complex is not renting under Section 42 despite their website advertising income restricted. I was then quoted a rent rate for a studio but the next day they increased studio rent by $50.00 . The manager said the increase was due to the summer season. This week, Thursday, I was able to see the unit I applied for (which was advertised as available now). The apartment was gutted. The unit is not available for occupancy. It looks like at least two weeks of work Also, I saw that the 1 bedroom rent rates went up by $75.00. I decided to pass on this complex.
