I have a lot to say about my time at Revolve Apartments but I will keep this short. I would like to mention the maintenance team (Beto and Juan). They have been very friendly and helpful. They always respond quickly when there is an issue. They fixed some things at my apartment and I was impressed by how professional they are. I would also like to mention the employees in the office, especially Wendy. She is a great person to talk to when I have any questions or concerns. She helped me a lot and I really appreciate everything she does.

Revolve Apartments has been a great place to live in for a 2-bedroom apartment and was easy to get approved too. The shower was tricky to set to the right temperature because otherwise it would be really hot. I’m really glad to be able to use Flex to pay.

The process of getting an apartment here was easy, and the services provided are amazing. The only negative is loud neighbors and a sometimes messy lot, but other than that, I would recommend these apartments to everyone. My girlfriend and I are in a 2 bedroom 2 bathroom unit, and with a baby boy on the way, the extra space is amazing.

In the past, there was a woman in the office I didn’t get along with very well, but now the office staff are very kind, patient, and helpful. I don’t live there anymore, but when I was there, one time the heater filter needed to be changed and they fixed it very quickly. The maintenance team and office staff were great. I really appreciate their service.

After recently moving to the area, I reached out to this apartment community while searching for a place to rent and was immediately impressed. Even though I called after hours, the AI phone system clearly understood what I was saying and successfully scheduled an appointment — a surprisingly smooth experience. When I arrived, Emily greeted me and gave me an excellent tour of the property. She was genuine, kind, and honest, which immediately put me at ease. Emily and her manager, Wendy, were both great with follow-ups, answered all of my questions thoroughly, and never made me feel pressured or uncomfortable asking anything. Emily even went above and beyond by coming in on a Saturday to meet with me again and make sure everything was covered. The maintenance crew has also been friendly and proactive, checking in to see if I needed anything and letting me know they’re happy to help. The location is very convenient — close to the freeway — and the amenities include two swimming pools and a gym. One of my favorite features is how walkable the area is. Sunnyvale Park is just a five-minute walk, parking is plentiful and close to the apartments, and I never worry about having to park far away. As a bonus, nearby elementary and middle schools are within walking distance, and bus stops are less than 100 yards away. This is a five-star experience because of the people. Even the mail carrier took extra time to explain how things work. That level of care and professionalism really stands out.
