The Redwood

I've been renting at The Redwood for a bit over a year now and it's been a wonderful first time renting experience. While there seems to be a high turn around rate for their maintenance team, they are always quick and efficient with their work. Every issue I've had they've fixed in a timely manner. Ruby at the office has been a wonderful person to work with and has explained everything so well whenever I ask questions. The apartments are a bit small, and the appliances are SUPER outdated, but it isn't terrible. We had an issue with roaches and bugs during the first six months, but after they had a new company come in, I haven't seen any! The area might be a little rough, but everyone in our area mostly keeps to themselves. I hope that when the time comes, we can move into a two bedroom and continue renting with them!

I wanted to reach out and let you know how helpful you were when we were trying to get our friend set up in her new apartment. We worked with Melissa and we were trying to get it done quickly because she had a change in her living situation. There was a special deal going on also so we wanted to move fast. So with your help, Melissa, we were able to get her into her new apartment in about a day and a half. For that we are very grateful.
