My friend lives here* The property manager has an attitude of not caring about their tenants or the issues happening on the property. Instead of taking responsibility, they’re quick to deflect blame or make excuses. It’s frustrating and exhausting dealing with people who clearly shouldn’t be in charge of a residential community. For the price they charge, you’d expect at least basic respect and proper management, but Valley Park Apartments fails in every way. I would not recommend this place to anyone unless you want constant stress and zero support from those who are supposed to help.

I've been living at this apartment complex for the past five years, and I can honestly say it's been an amazing experience from the very beginning. This place is truly family-friendly—a safe, welcoming environment where kids can play freely and neighbors look out for each other. When my kids are out playing I feel comfortable and safe knowing they’ll be okay! One of the things I appreciate most is how well-maintained everything is. The management team is absolutely fantastic—professional, responsive, and genuinely caring. Any time I’ve reached out with a question or concern, they’ve handled it quickly and efficiently. The maintenance team deserves a special shoutout. They are incredibly reliable—any time I message them about an issue, they respond almost immediately and get it taken care of without delay. They're also constantly working to keep the complex spotless. Every day, you’ll see them cleaning, maintaining the yard, and taking care of the landscaping. The flowers are always in bloom, the pool is pristine, and the entire community always looks beautiful. If you're looking for a safe, clean, and friendly place to call home with a top-tier management and maintenance team, I couldn’t recommend this complex more. It’s truly been a pleasure living here.

My girl leanna referred me here! I loved it the minute I toured the area. Signed my lease the same day. I lived here for 2 years. No problems whatsoever, so much closer to work and local grocery stores. Lots of space in the apartment and lots of play area for pets and the God kids. Very safe and little holiday events for family.
