Don’t come. I moved in for less than a week. No hot water in the bathroom for showering. They said it was fixed but kept having issues. And the air conditioner is having cold wind even in the heat mode. They seem really don’t care just said I have to wait but no timelines.

When advertised to me this building was labeled as student housing. Now living here, I barley see any students and the only thing I hear is couples fighting, babies crying, dogs viciously barking, or full grown adults throwing parties on their balcony into the early hours of the morning. It is very hard to sleep at night with all this noise. The predominant demographic of this building is now families and couples which is very weird for me as a college student. I see bodily fluids and excrement more often then not in the elevators on the off chance they are actually running. I am constantly fearing for my safety in this building not only from the characters that loiter by the trolley station but also because of its residents.
