Here we go: they charged me for a veggie roll earlier this week, came to my table and told me they were out and I could replace it. It was the only roll that fit my diet so I declined. Its now been 4 days , and I've spoken to 3 different managers, and they STILL haven't defunded me, even after promising to do so. I was patient with them AT FIRST! I just asked to take a veggie roll and the manager WOULDNT let me. Keep I'm mind they overcharged me , and owe me that food or money. I am paying $40000 a year to this university and theres no chance in hell I'll allow myself to get treated like this. Going to go file a report with sdsu dining and hopefully they will make management changes. All workers are nice and food is good, just hope they dont screw up and overcharge you, because they will hassle you trying to get a refund
