I truly cannot say enough great things about some of the team at AMLI, especially the maintenance and service staff. They are the main reason I’ve stayed and continue to live here. Casey has been our lease office support person since day one and has been fantastic throughout our time here. We moved into AMLI 535 in February 2024 and later transferred to AMLI SLU 2 in September 2025, and both moves were smooth, well organized, and stress free thanks to him. He always offered options, accommodated requests, and went out of his way to make the process easy. The maintenance team is the real star. Choosing to rent an apartment in SLU is an investment, but the level of care and responsiveness from this team makes it completely worth it. Aaron, the service manager, has consistently been on top of requests, helped prepare the team for my move, and ensured all move‑out/in repair items were documented so I could get settled quickly. He’s also always kind and welcoming when I see him around the property. Jose, the assistant manager, deserves a huge shoutout for his fast responses and positive, can‑do attitude. He never lets requests linger and truly sets the standard for resident support. That same mindset clearly carries across the entire service team, who respond quickly and deliver excellent quality every time. I also want to recognize some team members, Isai and especially Jason. Jason went above and beyond to address a recurring issue, help with deliveries, and thoughtfully support accessibility needs in my unit. When I struggled to open and close my windows due to both the building structure and my own physical challenges, he took the time to find a solution that actually worked, and I haven’t had an issue since. I’m incredibly grateful for this group and knowing I can count on them gives me real peace of mind.
