I had great experience with Derby SLU. apt is great value and building manager is very responsive and they would go out of their ways to help you. Thank you Daunte for the help I need. I would lease again if I move to Seattle again.

The apartment is excellent with a very reasonable price compared to others. The unit is new, clean, and comfortable. The manager, Daunte, was extremely helpful and supportive. Even when I requested a bed installation on short notice before moving in, he provided me with a temporary apartment until it was ready. Great service and highly recommended!

We were stiffed of our security deposit, the leasing team will ghost you and ignore your calls update: almost a year later we only got our security deposit back after we sued through small claims. they ghosted us for months before, but once we served papers they got the deposit back the same day. really shows that they intentionally try to steal your deposit. don't let this company scam you

I recently signed a lease at Derby SLU and the entire process has been fantastic. Daunte gave my mom and I a tour on short notice and was incredibly welcoming, making us feel at ease right away. Laura in the office was also extremely helpful throughout the entire application process. Everyone has been so accommodating and professional, and I’m really excited to make the move to Seattle and call Derby SLU my new home!

The team at Derby SLU has only been courteous and helpful providing all of the information I needed to make my move-in, incredibly easy and smooth. As well as speedy in replies and helpful in solving problems. The apartment is very conveniently located just a short 8-10 min walk to the Amazon offices, and a ton of eateries. It is also on a hill which is actually nice for a bit of extra exercise and gives an amazing view of the lake when crossing the street just a block below it. The interior is as clean as clean can be, very well furnished, with modern appliances and fully painted white interior making it a comfort to stay in. The studio room while a tad on the small side, yields the the highest return given the price compared to other apartments in the area.
